Brentwood Guest House Hotel Policies
Smoking Policy In our entire Hotel and apartments smoking is not allowed. You agree to a 70GBP fine if any evidence of smoking is found in the room/apartment or if you are found smoking in any of the building areas such as window ledges, stairs or the entrance area near to the reception.
ID policy, Credit/debit card, deposit and minimum age. All guests must present a valid photo ID and the card with which the payment was made at the time of check-in. A 70GBP deposit is required at check-in. Guests must be 21 years or older to confirm guestroom accommodations at Hotel.
Children Policy. One child under 3 years old stays free of charge, on selected rooms only, please ask for children’s cots/cribs.
Late Check out. Late check out must be agreed with the Hotel and paid for in advance. If you fail to leave the room/apartment at the agreed time you will incur into a 200GBP penalty charge.
Room Cleaning Policy. Room will be cleaned and linen and towels changed every three days. Should you need fresh towels or linen earlier, please call the front desk or email email@brentwoodguesthouse.com
- Please Note that immediate termination of the rental agreement is possible if: valid IDs are not presented at check-in for all guests, more guests stay in the property than agreed, excessive noise is made in the evening hours or at night, smoking in the room or in the hotel premises, people in the rooms are not the nominated guest at check-in, a deposit of 70 GB pr room is not paid at check-in.
Additional guests may be requested, but a 50 GBP charge per night applies, subject to occupancy limits. Reservations may be cancelled without refund if an unconfirmed number of guests stay overnight. Pets are not allowed in rooms or apartments, and a 300 GBP fine will be charged.The hotel is not responsible for lost, damaged, stolen or forgotten items in the hotel premises and parking and guests are financially liable for any damage to their rooms or apartments. Any damage should be reported immediately to the hotel staff. A summary check will be made at check-out, but a more detailed review will be conducted soon after and before another guest occupies the apartment.Damage deposits are deducted from the provided card and excess charges are applied. Guests consent to any damage and disturbance charges to be charged to the card provided, allowing the hotel to resolve issues and ensure equipment and facilities are functioning as expected. Damage deposits are fully refundable upon check-out, subject to a successful inspection of the accommodation.
Cancellation Policy
Your reservation is guaranteed until the day of arrival. After that time, it will no longer be guaranteed and the room may be reassigned. The hotel has the right to cancel your reservation if the card provided is not valid or does not have enough funds to guarantee the booking. We will send you a cancellation confirmation via email immediately after canceling your booking.
Please carefully read our cancellation policies. We cannot make any exceptions to this. Our receptionists are instructed to follow these policies and rules. So to save any misunderstanding we would be grateful if you can observe the following:
Standard Flexible rate
Credit/debit cards provided at the time of booking will be validated and pre authorised at the time of booking
Booking can be cancelled free of charge 24 hour prior to arrival by midday after this time the card provided will be charged
If the guest arrives and decides to leave early, the nights not spent are non refundable
In case of a no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged
There is only one way in which we can acknowledge cancellation of the guest’s reservation; the guest must send a cancellation request stating the reservation number via email to the following address: email@brentwoodguesthouse.com
All cancellations are confirmed via email immediately after the reservation has been canceled.
Non Refundable rate
The total price of the reservation will be charged right away after booking and is non-refundable. The booking cannot be modified, changed or cancelled.
